¥ WALNUT SURPRISE SALAD RECIPE ¥

 

1Large Cox apple

Beetroot  med size (cooked)

2oz Walnuts

1 Lemon

 

Dressing

4tsp Red vinegar

1tsp Sunflower oil

2 twists Black pepper

 

             Wash and cut apple into cubes (leave skin).  Place in dish and add            

             lemon to stop browning.      Grind walnuts.  Spread over flat dish or board

            Cut beetroot into squares  (damp off with cloth or paper) Then mix with     

            walnuts,  carefully place onto apples.   Mix dressing and dribble over         

 

            Cut about 1 inch cucumber   place slices on top   add pepper
