1 Large Cox apple
1Med Beetroot (cooked)
2"cucumber
Juice small lemon
Dressing
1tsp red vinegar 1 tsp sun oil black pepper
Cut apple into cubes (leave skin) place in dish squeeze lemon stop browning.
Cut beetroot and about 2" of cucumber into cubes place in dish.
Mix dressing pour over carefully mix until all turn pink.
